- 1 x 1ml single-use glass syringe
- 2 single-use needles
- 2 patient record labels for product traceability
The syringe is sterilized and it comes prefilled with 20mg/ml of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate, physiological buffer (Q.S.) and sodium chloride solution (Q.S.).
The product is to be injected either in the superficial or mid dermis for the correction of lips and shallow facial lines and wrinkles. Clinicians can also use Decoria Essence to define and reshape the cupid’s bow area. The longevity of the results ranges between 6-12 months. After that time, all the components and ingredients of this safe skin filler will decompose and will be fully reabsorbed by the soft tissue in which they were injected.
Contraindications and side effects
Decoria Essence is not recommended for the treatment of patients who suffer from a chronic or acute skin inflammation or disease, who have an infection affecting the injection site and those who are taking medications affecting the blood’s platelet function. Pregnant and lactating women are also advised to avoid filler injection treatments in general.
Side effects are observed in a very mild form and are rarely exhibited. Among them are pain, bruising, and swelling and they all disappear within a week or two after the treatment.
