Ejal 40 allows for a simplified but very effective approach to skin aging. As our skin ages either naturally, or as a result of adverse outside effect, it has lower levels of Hyaluronic acid, becomes malnourished and the fibroblasts become less capable of producing collagen, all the while the number of elastin fibers rapidly decreases. In conjunction all of them attribute to the swift and visible deterioration of the skin.
At the core of the Ejal 40 skinbosoter is hydration. Each pack contains a syringe with 2ml of non-crosslinked Hyaluronic acid gel, with very low density. The HA being non-crosslinked, means that is very effectively will penetrate the extracellular matrix (e.g. the space between skin cells), where the fibroblast are. Most immediately, this will result in increased moisturization, reduced skin roughness and much more pleasant touch and feel of the skin texture, as it becomes softer.
Long term, though, Ejal 40 will help to create the best possible conditions for collagen synthesis in the ECM. While Hyaluronic acid does not directly cause the production of collagen, the non-crosslinked gel will make for the perfect environment where fibroblast can synthesize more of that vital agent. The same is valid for the production of collagen fibers. Thus, the Ejal 40 skin booster is often used in conjunction with other forms of skin rejuvenation (like Polynucleotide solutions or other collagen boosters) in order to achieve optimal results.
Each box of Ejal contains a single 2ml syringe and a 30G needle. The standard application is 0.25ml per point, for a total of four points, spreading the product between two distinct zones of the face.
