These PLLA threads from ES Line are based on Poly-L-Lactic Acid, which defines their physical properties. Strong and durable lifting threads, they will stabilize and straighten sagging tissues and skin depressions. This being a single screw thread further improves the volume restoring properties of the suture and it can very successfully be used as a replacement of fillers or Botox in certain situation. Typical for ES Line threads is that they offer Aptos level of lifting suture quality.

Description
PLLA lifting threads have been phasic traditional PDO suture for some time, both as surgical and beauty solution. They are more durable and can last inside the skin for up to two years. Typical for Poly-L-Lactic Acid threads is that they are the strongest type of lifting suture, beating both Polydioxanone and Polycaprolactone threads. This is the preferred material for lifting threads.
PLLA Single Screw Thread alternative to fillers
Lifting threads have always been conceived as an alternative to traditional plastic surgery, providing a non-permanent sagging tissue lifting effect in a much less invasive way. If properly applied the thread can allow to avoid the usage of dense fillers to fill visible skin depressions or Botulinum injections to straighten out tissues. Poly-L-Lactic Acid threads offer a longer lasting solution, that does not require the additional touch-up procedures, which are typical for filler and Botox injection treatments.
